I ran across the company ad on social media at a time that I was considering giving up on my passion and my business. With a demanding corporate job, a husband and children, and a new business, I didn’t have the capacity to continue to support or grow my business.

Not only am I extremely happy that I made the decision to hire a virtual assistant, I feel truly blessed to have been paired with Sheila. She is proactive, responsive, and operates with integrity.

"Excellent work from my Doer"

Excellent work from my Doer. However, the company is very strict on time and productivity management (through tracking software), which doesn't jive with my management style. I would prefer to monitor my Doer's performance based on deliverables, not time. The OD website has some content that needs to be updated (broken links, incomplete instructions), which can be frustrating when you're starting up with them.

That the doer was very well prepared to handle my projects with little help. She is very proficient. I wish I had more training for my personal use and was onboarded. I know there are resources I missed out on because this step was missed.

This is are review of Outsourceddoers and not the Doer that I am working with:

Initially, I was matched with a Doer who was not competent in English. 1 star!
I was rematched 5 star .
The rematch process was bumpy 2 star - there was confusion in the transition with first Doer which I am concerned was a hardship for the Doer.
The Doer I am working with now has an excellent attitude and work ethic. She is resoureceful and capable and gets the job done - a delight to work with. I rate the Doer 5 stars!!!
For the resources that are provided, I have attended 2 Zoom coaching calls. My experience is that the coach did not control the call and let Founders monopolize the time with conversation about irrelevant topics or too detailed to their own experience. Both times the coach said they had a lesson but we never got to that. A more structured call is more work for the coach but is needed if coaching calls is offered as a tool for Founders. 4 star
For FB group, the reponse from coachs has been "great job" nothing specific to the projects we posted. Again, more work for the coach to review and respond in detail. 4 star
