"Overall happy with the service"

I am about 6 weeks into working with Outsourced Doers and overall it has been a positive experience. My Doer is fantastic and OD did a great job of matching me with someone who works well with me and where I am with my business. I also really value that they created a program that trains her well and sets her up for success. I also think the coaches are very knowledgable and the coaching sessions have been valuable.

I have found the onboarding and overall process to be challenging. It is hard to find documents and I don't always get an accurate or timely response to my questions.

My Doer has made an impact on my business in a short period of time though so overall I am happy with the service.

I had an unusual situation crop up where my Doer abruptly quit instead of following the usual exit timeline. It was frustrating but Outsourced Doers did a great job of working to find a resolution for me as a business owner.

"Obnoxious sales people and process..."

Obnoxious sales people and process.... A dozen confirmations and texts and emails to confirm and appointment that I set up, and only after a long quiz (where they say they respect my time and want me to respect there's and show up for the meeting?!?!?!). Then after all of the confirmation, THEY changed the appointment minutes ahead of the call time. They need to change the sales process here. They could be great to work, I would not know.

"Micromanage"

I experienced constant micromanagement, being lowballed for my efforts, and felt like I was being used rather than appreciated. It's frustrating to give your best but not be valued for your contributions.

WOW is all I can say. I had no idea what I was getting myself into but I am SO happy that I worked with Outsourced Doers. My Doer was incredible, and so fast! I am a new business owner who needed help building out my website and helping with marketing/funnels/sales etc. If you're on the fence about this company, just use them. They did not disappoint.

I am extremely satisfied with my experience with both my Doer and Outsourced Doers. From the sales process to now...it has been more or less a seamless process. I did have to request some last minute changes prior to onboarding my doer which they were grateful to work with. I've been working with my Doer since July. My only regret was not starting sooner. Not sure about some of the negative reviews on here especially regarding the beginning sales process. There was nothing misleading on my end and folks should probably read any contract before signing it.

About My Doer: I was paired with the perfect Doer for the needs of my company. Stephanie is extremely responsive, communicates well, has a strong work ethic, very proactive, and always finding ways to improve my business. I truly never realized all that needed to be done until she joined our team. She is truly a gem to my company. Best of all, my time is better utilized as a founder.

About the Company: The onboarding process was pretty seamless. Things I love about Outsourced Doers is the wealth of information and business coaching provided. Although this was mildly disclosed during the sales process, the support provided was definitely undersold and ended up exceeding expectations. Their portal is extremely helpful and full of resources. We also have access to basecamp which is the main project communication board I use with my doer and my team. I feel that pricing is fair given the provided resources. You can reach out to business coaches in a FB group for insight. As for areas of improvement I do have a few. Any inquiries/questions are sent to a general email. Response time can be a little slow with that. It would also be great to be able to interview Doers. They are just assigned to you. We were fortunate our first one worked but I can only imagine the frustration if the doer was not a great match and we never got the chance to interview them. The amount of resources and doing plans to be completed do take some time to complete and can be overwhelming...not necessarily a bad thing but I did feel a bit overwhelmed in the beginning. Doers can be enrolled into what they call Doers University for ongoing training which is great. However the founder is to complete a doing plan prior to them starting their extra training. My suggestion would be to automatically assign Founders the respective doing plan as it took me time to search for mine. My other suggestion would be to grant more team members access to basecamp as we are just limited to 2 plus the Doer.

Otherwise, my experience has been phenomenal. I just extended for another 6 months but plan to partner with this company indefinitely. As my company continues to grow, I can see myself adding another Doer to our team.
