Thanks to Outsourced Doers I have the greatest virtual assistant I could have possibly asked for. From the first day we began working together, not only did she know how to work with every program I used for my business (thanks to her diligence & hard work and Outsourced Doers' great training programs) but she went above and beyond and still does to this day using any downtime during her shifts to train in more skills and tools that can improve our work together. Every day she takes care of so much work behind the scenes for me that it enables me to focus my energy on the high level challenges and output I need to handle, and she is so good about letting me know what she has completed or where she is on tasks I never ever have to ask twice, which also saves so much valuable time and energy. She has saved me so much time and stress over the last two years that I know for sure I wouldn't have been able to grow this quickly without her, and my only complaint is that I can't clone her because every other person I hire is going to have a VERY high bar to meet!

However, it has been a bit frustrating at times to get support from the "backend" team, for both my Doer and for me. Since that was more than a one off, I gave them 4 out of 5 stars.
