My assigned Doer is amazing. So hard working, thoughtful, and creative. I am blessed. The badges that the Doers can achieve through extra coursework leave something to be desired. In my first month, we selected SEO and this course caused so many problems for me, for my Doer, and for my business. It has made me hesitant to enroll my Doer in any further badges unless the company can improve their curricula for these badges. I worked with customer support to address this and their solution was to replace my Doer with a different one who was well-versed in SEO. This was NOT a viable solution as employees should not just be replaced because there is one area of insufficiency.
