Installation done efficiently and tidily, to my complete satisfaction. Salt delivery costs comparable to current supplier. Straightforward sales person (Sarah) - not pushy at all, just answered all my questions directly and honestly. Installation was complicated due to the strange configuration of my extended property (odd mains pipe location), but was achieved by the end of the day. Really happy overall with the products I received and the service.
