Bought the model Z water2buy water softener and initially didn’t have the parts required to fit the softener and after a numbers of calls got the required parts delivered. Had the plumber install the water softener (Jul-23) up and running. Too early to comment on how the performance is but the W2B did well. Thank you Team. Sukh S (Reading, UK)

Water2buy are an absolute nightmare, I would not deal with this company ever again.I have been trying to get my water softener sorted for the best part of 7 months, all I wanted was a engineer/ installer, long story short my floor is destroyed, it has been leaking for months

Great products, and extraordinary support.

I have had a filtering system for about 8 years, which still works. I recently ordered the wrong membrane and got a replacement without any fees or other hassles.

I am now going to add a water softener and already look forward to it.

These guys are hands down the best team I have net for customer service. I bought a reverse osmosis system and a softer from them years ago and realized the softer didn't suit my situation. They took it back no hassle even though I was outside the return period. I've ordered the wrong filters and had a pump issue and they have always been so helpful and talked me through ever issue. Couldn't recommend them enough. And we also have clean drinkable water which is always nice! Thanks so much!
