I have purchased W2B500, the installation was fairly straight forward, rang the support line to receive support, this usually is okay in getting a response, delivery times for consumables such as Salt supply is good, the discount rates are generous

The system works very well. We have had it for 6 years now and only have needed 1 repair in all this time, and the customer service has been very helpful to get the parts that we needed. overall i am very happy with the service and the product.

"Great product with awesome service"
There were some issues during the initial installation which required certain pipe converter fittings those were sent quickly and my installation was completed. I had no issues over the years and having done an extension of the house I have managed to lose the power supply. Having bought W2B800 in Feb 2018 I was unsure if I will still be served. But after a quick chat with Steve, I was sorted with the replacement power supply in the post. Great service and they already have a great product.

"Horrible company with decent products"
Horrible company with decent products. The company has no sense of customer service. They sell filters for RO whose seals are broken. To me it seemed to be used. Twice I had to return the filter set on Amazon. Ironically, they sent me the same set even after I initiated the second order after two weeks. The prices for the filter too are so very high. More than half the price of a new RO filter. This is a joke and a monopoly by the company. It reminded me of those day where a printer cartridge was half the price of a new printer. It is shame. Consumable to be made expensive just for the company to sustain I guess. I have already started spreading my experience. Stay away from water2buy.

I have been buying from Water2buy for about 8 years now. I was introduced to RO through their products. Some good and some bad experiences, but they always show they care and resolve my issues. I just bought a complete replacement RO system, and I look forward to setting it up. I will continue to support them because they care. This is my honest unbiased review.

"Do not trust this company"
Do not trust this company, no customer service, they simply do not respond to requests. I purchased water softener including upfront installation, 3 mths later no installation, no refund. Contractor did not show on arranged installation date and Water2buy did not respond to my numerous requests (phone & email). I do not write reviews, writing this as a warning to all.

"So far I have had different experiences…"
So far I have had different experiences first it took a while to get the unit and had to ring numerous times to see where it was, eventually it arrived. We plumbed it ourselves all seemed to work fine. Orders of test strips take weeks to arrive and when they came some days when we test the water its soft then again some weeks its really hard.
So we contacted them and were told to change some settings which we did and again it seemed to work again but now it is hard water again.
Now we are waiting on a call to arrange to swap the unit for a new one as it is obviously faulty. So that is where I am at the moment, when it works though it is really good.
