I ordered filters on 28th April. The site tells you it will be sent next day delivery! I'm still waiting. There is no answer to emails or telephone calls either. Highly unprofessional. Money taken and ZERO follow through.

Before knowing about trust pilot I thought Water2buy is the company with the most customer care you could ever imagine. I now see I am not alone. How can you praise a company more that is receiving reviews as good as mine. Clearly Steve, Ryan and Nicole and their team are exceptional people who control a company that does every thing possible to satisfy their customers, obviously proud and confident of their machines, unlike some others who will spend a fortune to wriggly their out from satisfying their customers. I can't praise them up enough and will recommend them to anybody.

"Four years old and still going strong!"

Four years ago, I replaced my old Waterside MC250 as it was getting old and temperamental. I think it was a clever piece of equipment but too complicated and, therefore, prone to going wrong. I searched for comparison and really found it hard to have unbiased independent reviews on water softeners. I found this one on Amazon and it had all the specs I wished (metered, salt tablets, only one tank...) for the right price. I read the Amazon reviews and went for it as it is the only one I have some customer reviews on... It is simple and efficient. Initially, I called for help to set up the device. I called again today, 4 years later as the water was not getting completely soft again. Each time, the staff were efficient and very kind.
I made the right choice!

Ordered the water2buy 200. Lovely unit very easy to install as was able to follow the video tutorials seen on the Water2Buy youtube channel. Customer service staff very pleasant to deal with very informative also. Highly recommend this company

"BEWARE MISLEADING PRICING"

I was going to purchase on e-bay the 200 model, advertised at GBP301 against RRP on the W2B info sheet. When I clicked through to price it came up at GBP 399!!!!!! When I contacted them twice they said it was a mistake. Last time I looked gain today and the info sheet still says GBP 301. They do not seem to care about misleading pricing or bother to rectify mistakes highlighted, let alone honour the price they state. I am going to purchase another make as puts doubt on the product with that kind of attitude.
