I bought the W2B800 to replace an old water softener. It was delivered very quickly and was easy to install myself thanks to the very clear instructions included with the product and also as a video online. In operation, it has been entirely trouble free and seems to be delivering good soft water.

"Pressurised water filtration system…"

Pressurised water filtration system purchased, first unit purchased would not switch off when up to pressure.
They replaced it, this was a unit that had been returned by a previous customer (I could see where it had been handled and there was dirt on the unit and the filters were not sealed), this unit leaked and would take 10 minutes to fill a pint glass of water.
They will not respond to emails and I have to go to PayPal resolution to dispute the item even though I sent both the units back by tracked courier.
Suggest you avoid these chancers and purchase from a different company.
