I could say firstly about the quality of this machine but I won't, and that's because the after sales service and support from W2B is absolutely phenomenal and that's what really matters (no, I don't know them outside of this purchase).

Every time I have called I have spoken to Ryan who has been polite and most of all, patient in helping me adjust the meter settings.
After a first tweak, I called again a week or 2 later and he explained a few more bits to enable me to get the machine to exactly how I wanted it.

The machine works absolutely fine. It uses less salt than my previous softener and consistently keeps the water right at the lowest end of the test readings.
I can't speak highly enough about this purchase and would implore anyone to go with this Company.

"RO 500 reverse osmosis water filter"

I bought a RO 500 reverse osmosis water filter.
Absolutely brilliant water filter,has changed my water from fairly foul to very drinkable and my kettle no longer seems to scale up.
I had a small problem with one of the joints weeping when i first fitted the unit, but the after sales service is exceptional and the company made sure my problem was sorted out to my satisfaction.
I would highly recommend and wish i had had the pleasure of drinking water filtered by one of these units many years ago.

"The best customer service ever!"

Have been using water2buy for several years. Throughout these years Steven has been amazingly helpful with all the issues which crop up when changing filters, installing a new unit in a new kitchen. etc. My most recent problem was changing a dripping tap. I purchased a new tap from them (which was the best value around) it arrived promptly. When I did get around - good while later - to having it fitted I was missing a connection. This too has arrived very promptly and was followed up by reassuring advice on how to fit it. I could not wish for better customer service. It is reassuring to have filtered water for all my drinking and cooking needs.

I especially like that it filters flouride which many studies show to be very harmful. Many countries have long ago removed it from public water supplies. The Department of Health seem to have their heads in the sand on this issue and it will come back to bite them - it is a scandal coming down the track .... ( see flouridefreewater.ie)

Water2buy reverse osmosis systems are extremely reasonably priced. Everyone should have one. I cant recommend them or Water2buy enough.

"Self-installed, excellent backup service"

Bought my water softener and installed it myself. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. Water was not softer after installation so called in a plumber who did some adjustments and told us to give it a week. Week later still no difference to softness so we called water2buy to ask for recommendations on a plumber who knew their machines.

Steven at water2buy got me onto whatsapp right then and there and walked me through a solution to my problem after about 5 minutes of diagnosis.

Very impressed with the customer service of water2buy. I recommend that if you install it yourself and seem to have got it wrong, give them a call before paying a plumber to come look.

"I have had an AS200 water softener from…"

I have had an AS200 water softener from Water2Buy since 2015 and it has been fantastic, it has removed all signs of hard water in our house, our kettles, shower, pipes, boiler, washing machine and dishwasher still look like new thanks to this wonderful machine.

I have just had my first problem where the regeneration didn't take place, I called Water2Buy and they have spent the last few hours helping me sort the issue out, they are sending the part and have recorded a video so I can change it myself (easy change apparently).

What more can you ask for!

"Absolutely thrilled with my WB200…"

Absolutely thrilled with my WB200 metered water softener. It really is the best you can buy. The machine is excellent value for money and the water is really soft. The machine takes all types of salt which is very important to consider - it means you can easily obtain the salt from a wide variety of suppliers. You will not find a panic ensues if you forget to order more salt and find you can only order direct at artificially inflated prices with a ghastly delay waiting for the delivery. This way you avoid absurd stockpiling of salt which takes uploads of space.

I also have their under sink water. A beautiful chrome tap out of which comes nice tasting water (it was sour and made terrible tea). Now we have an endless supply of water which tastes as if it has come straight from a spring. We no longer need wasteful plastic bottled water either!

The customer support offered by the charming man on the other end of the phone is quite unparalleled - Steven is kind, competent and delightful, going above and beyond to ensure that the set up is painless. There is an excellent video online which ensures you get everything right and you can even contact Steven later to ensure it is working just right.

They have the right machines for anything from a tiny flat to a mansion and their prices are very reasonable. I bought direct because I did not want to inflate Amazon's profits and I felt this was the most sensible option.

I am a Water2buy customer since 2011 and have been enjoying and continue to experience their excellence in all areas of their business today.
The quality of their products is such that I never needed to research for water purification products from another company. I personally use a five-stage reverse osmosis purifying system bought from Water2buy at a very affordable price seven years ago and operating without any problems to date.
Back then, my wife was a distributor of another water purification products supplier and had a water testing kit to test and show potential customers the quality of the tap water and the one purified by a reverse osmosis system.
The kit uses two electrodes in a glass of tap water for a few minutes and you don't want to see (or maybe you want) what the water turns into in the glass - a black, muddy, disgusting liquid with a nasty smell. This is the tap water we drink in Ireland (or, I guess, the majority of the people do, because I and my family don't - we use reverse osmosis system from Water2buy).
The same test performed on a glass of purified with the system water returns crystal clear results! It tastes clean. Since then I have tried only a few times to taste the tap water and the taste is repulsive to me. I think there's no need to say more.
However, I can say more about the customer experience with Water2buy and their excellent customer service. They are an Irish company to trust. Always promptly answer queries and solve issues quickly and efficiently to the customer satisfaction (and I really mean this)! Special thanks to Steven in this regard, who recently didn't leave me and made all efforts until he resolved an issue with the payment of my last order from Water2buy!

Recently bought Wb800 water softener and all i can say is, its well made and top quality compared with other top brands. Now bought some pair of water filter housing and its on the way to my home.

Best ever customer experience with this company. Any questions asked quickly answered weather its by email, chat or phone. I would say that company is dedicated to customer satisfaction and needs.
