Highly unprofessional and poorly managed. Ask to speak to a manager and you are told that none are available, ever!!

Switching providers was so simply, Rent4sure made it so easy to set up and start using their service. A big thank you to Lee Rudkin-Stevens who has been extremely helpful throughout. Very friendly staff and always available to help. We're very happy to have switched.

Very poor service i am now getting messages from virgin and insurance companies daily, they say this is because rent4sure passed my details on to them. It did not give permission for them to do this as it was the letting agent whi filled the form.
I have read the reply below which does not answer the point, i DID NOT COMPLETE ANY FORM. The letting agent did this. Rent for sure did not bother to ask me whether it was ok for my info to be passed on like this or do basic checks to ensure the tenant is the one completing their forms.
