Recently paid nearly £400 for the so called premium service and it's done nothing to solve the problem.
I have spoken to the so called aftercare team who are rude and have know knowledge of cars let alone DPFs and how to clean them.

What ever you do to get your DPF cleaned don't use this rip of so called specialist company.

They offer a terrible service for a massive amount of money it cost me another £800 to get my car fixed after these had messed about with my car and archived nothing ..

booked for a premium dpf clean and sopposed to get dpf cleaner and a diagnostics pro which i never got (30/5/2024) then even though they didnt complete this job as my engine warning light was on it was still on when they left as they said i needed a matter sensor done aswell. which then i said to book it in after a lot of hassle they said they would book me in for sat 1/6/24 and said a A.M appointment so i took the morning off, late the night before i got a txt to say they would be there 12pm-2pm, turned up didnt complete job left part on my drivers seat and said i had to get someone else to do it, this is after this company charge you before doing the work, so now ive a part that i have to find a garage to fit and me to give them the part and not alot of garages like customers giving them parts. so 2 jobs 2 not done what was payed for if you want to use this company then be warned very poor customer service also told i would get a phone call monday morning to arrange some sort of refund still waiting UPDATE- so after paying around £800 for both jobs ive been offered £120 refund This company is also called AUTOASSITGROUP
