The whole process was simple from booking to completion. Craig from the team came and cleaned the DPF of our Disco Sport. He was friendly and informative and it was sorted within an hour. On the day they offer addons, such as a service, but there is no obligation and a but a quote is emailed should you wish to do it in the future. All in all, I’d recommend.

This company has sent me a letter threatening legal action if I don't remove the 1 star review.
Maybe try and engage with customers that leave a bad review and attempt to fix what went wrong in a professional manner.
