I bought the DPF cleaning fluid and it was explained exactly how and when to use it!

Great service. Had real issues with Particulate exhaust filter and had to have engine rebuild. Craig come and very professionally cleaned the DPF and the can is now running like new.

The engineer knew his job, explained the issues identified, gave advice on other issues, fixed the problem with the DPF, was polite, friendly and efficient

Had a blocked DPF, so sought a company to fix it. These charlatans popped up on Google.

Went for the premium service as it came with a generous warranty, just shy of £400.

Guy turns up and gets to work on the vehicle.
After he’s finished, the DPF is clear. So far so good.

He lets me know about 2 faults that I need to rectify before the DPF will regenerate itself.

So I book the vehicle in for the first repair for the next day.
On the drive to the garage, the DPF light comes back on, vehicle goes into limp mode, SEVEN miles down the road.

I get the fault fixed regardless.

Book the vehicle into a different garage that’s better equipped to take a large van for the second repair. However, they can’t see me for approx two weeks.

Well, I need my van for work.
So I’m forced to drive it, in limp mode until the garage can do the repairs.

I get the second fault fixed and call up the DPF specialists to claim on the warranty.

Apparently, work receipts showing the fault’s rectified aren’t good enough. I need a vehicle diagnostics carried out.

So I book in for one at a cost of another £50.

Send the diagnostics off to DPF specialist.

They won’t honour the warranty if the vehicle has moved ANY distance apparently. And I quote; “Our report states ‘if the vehicle is driven for any period without the remedial work being conducted, it will block the DPF’.”

So these absolute scammers will take your money to do pointless work because they know the DPF will block again in a few miles time and they won’t honour the warranty because the vehicle has moved to have the faults rectified that caused the DPF to block in the first place.

I’ve been in the vehicle trade for 15 years, and I’ve never encountered a company with such a blatant disregard for customer retention and service.

They seem to be quickly racking up those 1* reviews recently, and after dealing with them, I’m starting to realise why.

Edit; I’ve just submitted a complaint to the Motor ombudsman. Looking for a full refund as they refuse to honour the warranty.
