This service deserves to get more recognition. After years of putting up with shoddy, couldn’t-really-care-less service and attitude from the big established dealerships, someone recommended these guys. Instead of having to wait 6-8 weeks for the privilege of paying over the odds to a dealership for an urgent repair to get my car on the road again, I was able to book a technician visit in to come to ME within days. Appointment was on-time, great comms all the way through, super-friendly service and all at a fraction of the price I would have paid at my local dealership. It’s a no-brainier and an example of a great disruptor business.

Wow, wow, wow. One of the best experiences I have had. Great bloke, had to travel over 100 miles to get to me then fixed the problem, in the freezing cold and reasonably late.
Amazing service that I would very much recommend.

Threaten with court due to my review ,, was the truth and nothing less .. maybe sort your company out to give a honest service .. this is why there’s trust pilot etc … list £1000s in work over last weeks dealing with you lot .. had DPF removed at a honest company and machine cleaned and been perfect since !!!!

Original Review below but as an update..... Auto Assist Group sent me a letter threatening legal action if I do not take the review down in 48hrs or I amend the review.

So I am an unhappy customer and rather than contact, talk, seek resolution they go straight to legal action threats. My gut feeling is there are some consumer groups out there who would be interested !!

Stay well clear !! Absolutely terrible and a waste of money.
Spent £400 on a clean - lasted 400 miles.
Warranty useless - you need to go to Kent to their workshop OR you pay for a local garage to investigate.

When you call you get no options (we can quote for a new DPF)

So if it cleans great - if not you spend a lot of money for nothing.
