"Look somewhere else"

Managed book online for Saturday service,but next day after payment they called about not doing Saturdays and forced me for working day when I have to sacrifice £250 income.Premium most expensive service is pointless.I have spend that extra for 120 days warranty which you never get on they "terms and conditions"managed to drive only 2000 miles after service.That diagnostic pro device couldn't be connected to 6 years old vehicle by coming engineer,other than that engineer was competent and clean dpf.Warranty only works if you make all works pointed on a service,but problem is my "faults"was not relevant to dpf at all (confirmed by mechanic who fixed dpf and I have done 8000 miles without problems)

"Do Not Be Fooled"

Yes I to looked at the great reviews. But then I learned the hard way. Being disabled I’m lost without a car. The DPF light came on the next day I called agreed a date and paid. Ross arrived all good, need a few things fixed on the car but his work had been successful and yes I can drive the car just get the work done in the next month. 3 days later warning message is back. This time Aftersales do not want to know they have my £400 I have a faulty car, go away. What no warranty? By the 8th day my car had stopped working and is now being scrapped but Aftersales (female) said I have your report the clean was successfully done “It’s just a light on the dashboard nothing more” Goodbye car goodbye money hello to no transport, no independence, no means of leaving the house
