juep..... me acabaron de robar dos cobros, no se que decirles amigos, siempre valido y me siento un completo idi0ta y mi banco solo me puede bloquear la tarjeta no hay manera de nada mas

Ive make many reservatios with vayama and i think it is not fair that the company is literally making me a fraud, by charging a fee that i the airline told they have no idea of it and i have to talk directly with vayama.

I demand my full refound for the seats I bought with vayama sistem, but its impossible to have any contact with the company, it seems like theres none in customer service. Do not use this page

No compren por esta página. Es una estafa!! Ofrecen vuelos super baratos y una vez vas a confirmar compra descontaron de mi cuenta un valor que ni corresponde a los pasajes. Evidentemente nunca me llegó confirmación del vuelo. Se robaran ese dinero. No entiendo como Skyscanner lo deja publicar en su página.

Compré unos tiquites ida y vuelta y cancelaron el de regreso, no me han enviado la confirmación de el de ida, no responden ningún correo. No se comunican con uno. Pésima experiencia. No lo vuelvo a usar ni lo recomiendo.

I've been attempting to secure a refund for a cancelled flight through Vayama for nearly a year and a half. Behind their pleasant emails, Vayama is no better than any other morally corrupt booking agent. They collected the money for my flight ticket, and now hide behind being unable to reach the airline excuse. Just moments ago When after months of silence I sent a follow up email to Vayama to ask about the progress, the response stated they can no longer retrieve my booking. They literally deleted me from their system!

Hello Vayama if you're listening, please stop cheating people of their hard earned money and issue the refund

La compra y la obtención de los tiquetes fue muy rápida pero a la hora de ver el extracto bancario de la tarjeta de crédito los tiquetes fueron cobrados 2 veces por el valor total. He intentado comunicarme con servicio al cliente por medio de correo electrónico y no recibo respuesta. Al parecer a muchas personas les ha sucedido lo mismo, según lo puedo ver en esta pagina de evaluación y comentarios.

No recomiendo hacer uso de la plataforma Vayama para la compra de sus tiquetes aereos

la peor porqueria que existe, me cobró dos veces el mismo vuelo, al parecer tiene convenio con Aviatur, el cual tampoco te responde por nada.
