Compré unos tiquetes hace 5 dias y cargaron a mi tarjeta de crédito un valor muy superior y no encuentro cómo hacer el reclamo. He enviado correos paro nunca los contestan. Que se puede hacer??

Son unos p*** ladrones estafadores, no quieren devolver mi dinero de una compra hace más de un año, y mk peor es que no es mucho dinero, me dicen que la aerolínea no le ha devuelto el dinero pero la misma aerolínea dice que el control de los boletos la tiene la agencia de viajes!

Vayama offers a truly pathetic experience. Their customer service is clueless and lacks human decency.
The wait times are huge and they legitimately don't care about you. Pay any other online ticket agent something extra but don't book a ticket with Vayama.
I will never do business with Vayama again.
Won't recommend. There should be a negative 5 rating for them

"Liars and Thieves"
This is the most terrible travel experience I have ever had. After my flight was canceled due to Covid in May 2020 I was told I would receive a refund. Nearly one year later .... no refund....same lame explanation blaming it on Turkish Air. Today I receive notice that for my $1300 ticket I am only entitled to a refund of $485! All of the ridiculous fees they deducted are criminal and basically theft. Still no refund even of the lower amount. STAY AWAY FROM VAYAMA

Diplorabable...booked 2 day trip for medical reasons ..change my flight so that I'm sitting in terminal for most of 2 days and constantly phob me off ...try extort more money to change flight and will not refund flight ...day light robbery ...I did not accept changes and they send me e ticket of new flight and then stop replying by email ...

Vayama never provided my 3 return tickets and 9 months after, I still did not get a refund.
Vayama keeps sending the same email over and over. Basically, it is not their fault of course (covid, airlines...)...But they took my money and NEVER helped me to solve this issue.

Same story as all the reviews prior to mine...flight canceled, no refund, open date ticket offered by airlines (not Vayama, I had to do all the work myself). Trying to re-book and these scambags are trying to charge me more than a new ticket all together along with ridiculous fees. Although by policy there are no fees. Hope to see them sued. Some people work for living , some steal. Liars. Every agent you will get in touch with will tell you different things. Hope they fail miserably and go out of business. Broke.
