I booked a flight to Zürich over a year ago for my son and I. Because of Covid our flights got canceled in June. I'm happy to say that we got our money back a few days ago. It took a long time, but I couldn't believe when I saw our refund in the bank account! I almost gave up!

Can I give negative stars -5 to this company? This company shouldn’t exist.
My ticket was cancelled for April 30th. I tried to contact Vayama but these people were not available not phone or email for several months.
Somehow I connected with them today they said they already replied to me on my email that I never received. Now they are saying I need to contact the airline for refund where the airline doesn’t want to take the responsibility since the ticket were booked through agent. That means no body is responsible for the refund ($900) but it will cost only the passenger. Customer service representative was a lair and arrogant. They don’t even care about negative reviews , he said go ahead and post it. This company took advantage of this whole COVID situation to loot money from their customers. They aren’t realising this but this will be end of there business. I’ll never ever choose Vayama for any service.

My experiece is really similar to other posts here. I booked a ticket through Vayama. KLM cancelled the flight with 6 hours notice. I was already checked in etc. The new flight would have had me miss a connection (by 10 hours), so I booked an alternate at over 300€ cost, notifying both the airline and Vayama that I would be seeking a refund (not a change). This is a really simple situation entitling me to a refund (no force majeur etc). They are bouncing me to the airline and the airline saying my contract is with Vayama (which is intuitively correct as far as I am concerned). Handing over to my solicitor - I care way more about the principle than the 300€ cost of the ticket, but I'm damned if I'm letting this go. Happy to be the grumpy old guy with time on his hands here, I hate being robbed which is what this is.

"The worst company I have ever had to…"
The worst company I have ever had to deal with. Informed me it would take up to 3 months to process my refund. Contacted them again and they said it could take up to a further 15 days. However it has been nearly 5 months and they have not refunded my money or responded to any of my further emails. They are just out right liars and there company should be done for fraud.

"Sleazy company"
As others have experienced, Vayama is a terrible company. They are refusing to refund me $1400 for a cancelled flight. The airline has already verbally confirmed to me that I am entitled to it, but Vayama refuses to process the refund after having first told me they were applying for it. They will ignore you and lie to you when they can no longer ignore you. Just deal directly with the airline and not these scammers.

"Pésimo servicio"
Realicé la compra de un tiquete ida y vuelta, resulta que me descontaron el valor de mi cuenta pero apareció un mensaje de error, no tuve viaje, no he recibido mi dinero, nadie responde, envío correos que no se si revisan, no me los responden..., les aconsejo con base en mi experiencia en no comprar con Vayama

"Scam"
Scam, I called the airline , airline told me to contact Vayama, I called Voyama, no answer,emailed them , they responded airline will process the refund directly , asked me to contact airline. Then I called airline again, same answers . Ask me to call Vayama, 11 times on the road like this. Now I realize. Vayama doesn’t want to refund.

"Cambio de itinerario en escala de vuelo"
Compre unos tiquetes de Cali a la isla de San Andres con escala en Bogotá ida y vuelta, en los vuelos de ida no se presento ningún inconveniente, sin embargo al regreso el vuelo de Isla de san Andres a Bogotá presentaban la misma hora de abordaje que mi vuelo de Bogota a Cali, hable con la linea aerea Viva Air y me indico que la agencia Vayama hizo el cambio a ultima hora, ya que el itinerario inicial mostraba una programación adecuada para realizar la conexión. Debido a este cambio, tuve que comprar nuevamente boletos de Bogotá a Cali, quise comunicarme con esta agencia y no contestan. La experiencia fue desagradable, es lamentable que las líneas aéreas trabajen con este tipo de agencias y luego se laven las manos diciendo que nos comuniquemos con ellos. Es lamentable que estafadores como estos sigan aprovechándose de la gente,anoche compre 2 tiquetes y estos gran desgraciados sinvergüenzas ladrones por que eso es VAYAMA ladrones y mil veces ladrones,mi banco les pago y estos estafadoresnunca envió la reserva,ojalas que el Covic los agarre
