"The ABSOLUTE WORST"
This company has made me realize that I will no longer be going through partner websites to find a cheap flight. This company is the worst. Hey great idea, let's close down the call center and just communicate through emails, who thought that this would work?
When I emailed before I got the reply that changes must be made through the actual airline and after 4 hours of waiting to speak to someone for the airline they said I need to do it through Vayama or there would be a $50 charge for each ticket that is being changed. Thank you Vayama for tacking an extra 200 dollars to my trip because you shut down your phone lines. Unbelievable.
Here's an update:
The email I received said they can not help me change my flight because the system erased all customers and flights and are unable to add customers to it. So, my information was erased and now I'm forced to pay the $50 charge for each ticket.
Pointless company, go elsewhere. Better yet, go through an actual airline.

"Don’t keep waiting for that refund"
Don’t keep waiting for that refund. It’s not coming. They make you wait a year from the date of purchase so that you can’t get your bank involved. Get your bank involved right away! Even if they say it’s processing. They stole $990 from me. Honeymoon trip got canceled due to COVID and they kept my money. Disgusting. I travel often and I will not be using Vayama ever again. You can bet none of my friends or family will either.

"Vayama no se hace responsable"
Hola, compre 2 pasajes por vayama en septiembre 2020 desde SCL hacia Miami,después de varios cambios por fecha, la aerolínea ha cancelado el vuelo y ahora no tengo con quien comunicarme para poder reagendar mi vuelo, me hicieron llamar hacia Inglaterra y el número no existe. Si alguien pudiese darme algún contacto por favor!!

"Mi experiencia con Vayama."
Buenos días.
En días anteriores hice la compra de unos tiquetes desde México hasta Colombia, al principio pensaba que me habían estafado, no me llegaba el código de reserva llegó hasta el otro día y luego faltando 5 días para mi vuelo me di cuenta que el nombre de mi hija no estaba completo mandé correro y me contestaron .... La verdad sufrí mucho por qué pensé que me habían robado, pensé que cancelarían mi reserva, pensé que por el error en los datos no iba poder viajar.... Pero todooooo salió muy muy bien, al final de todo llegué a mi destino llegamos bien, llegaron mis maletas, la verdad pensé que sería una más de las que robaron pero déjeme decirle que vayama me cumplio con todooooooo.

"You cannot do worse than Vayama"
You will not find a less helpful travel company. Their customer service strategy is designed to evade and avoid contact with customers. Once you book a flight, you will find it impossible to make any changes, or speak to a customer service rep. I booked an Air Canada flight through Vayama that was ultimately canceled, and Air Canada notified me via email that they are offering refunds. Because I booked through Vayama, I have to get the refund from Vayama, who refuses to acknowledge this.

"They cancel my flight a year ago and still no refund. How is this fair? Imagine blaming Blue Air"
We are sending this mail to you, because in the past year you made a booking through us with Blue Air booking which was canceled, voluntarily or otherwise, because of the COVID-19 pandemic.
First of all, our sincerest apologies for our delay in sending you a specific message about your booking. Over the past few months, we have made every effort to get refunds on Blue Air tickets and we will continue to do so. But until this date, Blue Air is temporarily not processing any refund requests at this time. This situation is very frustrating but unfortunately, we cannot change it. After your purchase with us, the ticket amount has been transferred to Blue Air. As we will not receive a refund from Blue Air in the near future, we cannot refund your booking at this time.

"I bought 3 tickets from this company…"
I bought 3 tickets from this company and without no explanation they decide to change my connection flight from a 2 and half hours layover to a 12 hours layover. My book was booked two months prior to the departure day and now a 10 days before my departure they changed it to the 12 hours layover. The worse part of all is that the flight that I supposed to be flighting still available for sell.
This company needs to be reported to the better business bureau and have their licenses removed and unable to operate.

"Vayama is doing wrong to their customers"
I bought 2 tickets through Vayama last year in June. Got email from the Airline that my flight got cancelled. I emailed them as no phone calls accepted . they said they could not help until they hear from the airline. I bought another ticket directly with the airline for a different date and travelled. I have been going back and forth for 11 months through emails. . after call the airlines numerous times, as they refused to do , I received an email of full refund of my tickets from the airlines.After sending Vayama a copy the email, they accepted to cancel the tickets I bought and they would start the process to refund me. the Airlines started the refund to them for the payment on September 14th, 2020. and they still say I have to wait . Never Vayama again . It's been 11 months. I paid and did not use the service. the airline cancelled the flight , not me. So why Vayama keep playing games and don't just return what we paid ?
