Son unos estafadores su página me pidió datos y al momento del pago quedó en blanco, me robaron, y se disculpan con correos, son terribles son estafadores no se dejen engañar, ni enviándoles los documentos del pago lo admiten, se hacen ricos con dineros ajenos.

I will NEVER ever use Vayama again. My flight was canceled in April in Athens due to Covid. I communicated with them immediately and was reassured at that time that I had until December 2021 to use my so called reservation. I’m stuck in Greece. Now that I’m fully vaccinated they sent me the email I copy pasted on this review.
I will be contacting the better business bureau to report them for fraud.
First they told me they would contact me with details as to how I can claim the refund or voucher. I never heard from them. Then they said I needed to contact the airlines, which I did and was informed that vayama took payment for this reservation therefore vayama must refund the amount.
Then I get THIS email today. I never removed any account with vayama nor did I request that they just keep my money.
CONTACT THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND HAVE THEM INVESTIGATED. THATS WHAT IM DOING!

Unfortunately we cannot retrieve you booking anymore. This is the result of a request you submitted to us which was executed accordingly or you removed your account in our "my account" environment on our website.

The consequence of this action is that we don't have access to your booking anymore and because of the GDPR regulations it's not possible / allowed to reinstate this.
We kindly advise you to contact the airline, explain the situation and request the airline to change or cancel/refund update your booking.

Don't book through Vayama. Due to Covid and restrictions the flight had to be cancelled. Since over a year we are fighting for the refund with no luck and only bad excuses.
