"DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! ZERO STAR REVIEW"

I would give a zero star review if I could. I cannot begin to describe how much of a terrible travel agency this is. Do not let the cheap plane ticket prices get you. It is sometimes better to pay more... and this is one of those situations. I have been trying to get my ticket refunded since March 2020... and here it is.. December 2020. And this whole time... they can only tell me that the cancellation request is still pending. They have terrible customer service (nice way of putting it). It is incredibly hard to get someone on the phone and get someone to reply back to your emails. I sent an email to their customer support when I first requested a refund because they CLOSED their call centers due to COVID. What kind of travel agency closes and leaves their customers hanging? It took me sending over 5 emails during a period of several weeks before getting a response. I have had to contact senior management including the CEO because of the poor service that they offer and their lack of responding. My family and I will NEVER use this travel agency again. I would NOT take a chance with this agency if I were you. They will scam you in a heartbeat!

"Terrible customer service!"

Terrible customer service!
PLEASE DONOT book your tickets through vayama. We have an emergency travel from Atlanta to Trivandrum, India. we've booked ticket via vayama, Onward journey flight has been cancelled by emirates due to operational issues. I want to change the schedule based on the airlines availability however they arent even responding calls or communication via emails. If you send any emails, you will get a junk automated email response. If you call them the automated system will just disconnect. I am still waiting for vayama to respond changing my ticket and my travel is for a medical emergency.. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Estoy igual que todos ustedes. Llevo más de 6 meses sin que me devuelvan mi dinero de un vuelo cancelado. Ya hablé con la aerolínea y me aseguran que ellos ya han regresado el dinero a todas las agencias y estos se han quedado con mi dinero. Es un coraje enorme no poder contactar con alguien

"Never again with Vayama"

I had the worst experience with Vayama. Airlines cancelled the flight booked through Vayama and offered me a refund back in May. Whenever I contacted Vayama, they had the pre-recorded message from everyone in CS that I will have to wait since airlines did not process the refund. I contacted airlines CS and they confirmed the refund was processed in August. When I told this to Vayama, I got the most childish response ever that how I can believe airlines CS when they just confirm it by call and not by mail. I still waited to get the refund from Vayama until November. Not to mention about the numerous calls I made to Vayama in this time. I even got an email from Vayama not to email regarding this again. I filed a complaint with bbb , and got the refund from Vayama after 3 days.
Long story short - If you are sure that Vayama is playing you, file a complaint with bbb.
