"Excellent shop, bad delivery service "

The reason PSSpecialist doesn't get 5 stars from me, is their choice for UPS for shipping. UPS does not give you a window for delivery, you have to be home all day. The day they gave me did not suit me, so I went on their website to change the date. The first time I did that the change did not go through. The day after I tried again and then they confirmed the new date. However, they delivered it on the original date (luckily I was home at the end of the day). They even had a sticker on the box with the new date but they just ignored it. More seriously, the PC was damaged. It was obvious someone had dropped the box at some point. Enough about UPS...

PCSpecialist is a very reliable and professional organisation. I bought a PC on their excellent website. Their IT system informed me about every step, from assembly to shipping. They even sent me a 360 degrees photo of the assembled system. When I informed them the PC was damaged and sent them pictures, they arranged for a pickup of the PC by UPS (again a whole day you have to stay at home). They also had a completely new PC built, which they shipped after receiving the old one. This time all was OK, but yes, another day staying at home for receiving the shipment. All in all PCSpecialist has done everything you expect from professionals. I would buy from them again.

I really enjoyed the ordering process and being updated all through the process. If I have to get another PC, definitely doing the same.

Ik vond het heel prettig om mijn eigen desktop PC samen te kunnen stellen. Daarnaast is het ook prettig als er vanuit PC specialist wordt meegekeken of de keuzes kunnen. Je moet wel even geduld op kunnen brengen voordat de PC binnen is en zeker als het via UPS gaat want daar had ik wel slechte ervaringen mee. Als je later nog vragen hebt kun je ook weer telefonisch bij hen terecht en krijg je zonodig hulp.

Mijn eerder bestelde computer werkte niet goed. Nadat ik hem binnen de herroepingstermijn had teruggezonden mocht Ik voor hetzelfde bedrag een andere computer samenstellen. Deze samenstelling hebben ze op min verzoek nagekeken, waarna een aantal overige zaken zijn gecorrigeerd. Hierdoor kreeg ik zelfs nog geld terug. De nieuwe computer werkt geweldig. Ik ben zeer tevreden.

I'm a current serving British soldier posted in Germany, I thought I'd spend about €1600 on a new laptop, and i haven't even received it after a month of ordering it. They offer delivery to military post offices (a pre-selected option when ordering) but do not deliver on that promise at all, it was shipped to Germany, and DHL refused delivery 4 times in a row, I've had to ship it to my home address and get a relative to ship it to me, which came out of my own pocket and PCSPECIALIST has yet to make any amends. i am appalled at how shockingly bad this has gone considering the money i've paid. i'll update this review if anything changes but i'm not happy at all.

bought a 2.2k custom pc from them. great quality and packaging was nice to see. but the foam around the graphics card was hard to remove and i wasnt sure how to do it so i cut them with scissors and removed them that way but im not sure if the sprinkles of those non conductive foam fell into my gpu or not.

the shipping was a horrible experience though. it got delayed 3 times so i ended up choosing to deliver at a pick up point since i wasn't even sure if it would deliver that day. in the end i had to wait an additional week before it was delivered. UPS kinda sucks with their services.

i also didnt know they only send their pcs from UK because they had a location in the netherlands so i expected a way faster delivery. i wish that was clarified first because i ended up waiting 2 weeks before delivery.

aside from everything else. the pc came in with great quality so far but i hoped there would be instructions on how to control the RGB in the manuals

Laptop prima samen te stellen via de website, veel opties, precies wat ik nodig had. Na het bestelproces werd ik goed op de hoogte gehouden in welke fase mijn bestelling was (samenstellen, testen, check, verzenden). Het is prettig om te weten dat er zoveel zorg aan mijn bestelling wordt besteed. Het hele proces duurde uiteindelijk wel langer dan verwacht (10 werkdagen) maar dat was voor mij geen probleem.
De laptop moet nog in gebruik worden genomen (producer-opleiding) maar ga er vanuit dat dit super gaat werken.

Helaas was de grote die ik had besteld door een fout niet meer op voorraad of leverbaar in de komende weken. Na overleg kleinere maat gekozen want had hem snel nodig en het verschil in geld snel retour gekregen.

Helaas bleek dat er hierna niet extra vaart gezet was achter de productie. Na weer contact hebben ze dit wel geregeld en is die verzonden.

Helaas nu problemen met inklaring duane dus heb ik hem nog steeds niet.

Advies: als er iets misgaat de order echt op een spoedlijst zetten. En duidelijk maken aan klanten dat ze in de UK worden gemaakt want dit beinvloed verzending zwaar!! Hopelijk komt die snel maar weinig vertrouwen in UPS. Besteldatum: 13-09

Uitstekende prijs en product. Je kan heel precies zeggen wat je wilt, de communicatie is goed, de levertijd is zoals beloofd en heel transparant. Ja, het duurt langer dan bij een andere webshop maar de voordelen zijn het meer dan waard.
