Server Mania - even when provided with:
1. Paragraphs of written / visual evidence of malicious website behaviour / intent, in the forms of screenshots and written coding explanations
2. 60+ previous examples of identical instances with other hosting companies within the last 3 months
3. Media articles inclusive of full tech write-ups of the intricacies of the North Korea, state-sponsored, crypto-stealing scam that they are being warned of via that very abuse report, currently being hosted on their service...
Yet ServerMania Will STILL only “ASK” a malicious website owner "to please take down their site" in their own time - rather than protect web users by taking proactive, swift, responsive action, and taking down the malicious site themselves to ensure no other users fall victim.
It's no wonder the cyber criminals are utilising their services. Prioritising business over the financial/identity security of web users??
Make of that, what you will. BEWILDERING.

I've been using ServerMania for a while, and they have been a great choice for my servers. Their hardware is reliable, with good uptime and low latency, which is very important for my setup.
One of the best things is the customization. I can configure the servers exactly how I need them. This flexibility makes a big difference for my work.
Their 24/7 support is excellent. They respond fast and always help with any issue. Whenever I needed assistance, they were there.

Cant recommend these guys at all. Use outdated php and cpanel so sites get hacked. Server always causes issues and they dont even want to help when it's hardware issue they say its out of their support scope
I cancel service they continue to charge me even though I was not using it. Then I have to do a chargeback because of their fraudulent behaviour and they email with threatening they will contact local laws. Well please do I have all the emails of server issues and my cancellation email.
Stop giving people bad service and taking money when cancelled

We are very pleased with the service. If we have any questions, the personal manager helps us solve them very quickly. The price/quality is excellent. Also, they change the server configuration quite quickly upon request.

"A Nightmare Experience - Avoid them!"
Avoid ServerMania at all costs. They consistently install hardware on servers without any approval or notification to the server owners. This isn’t a one-off issue – it’s a standard practice for them, which is utterly unacceptable. These unauthorized installations create massive security vulnerabilities, leaving servers wide open to attacks. In our case, we were hacked three times, with hackers completely wiping out our data. The level of carelessness here is beyond comprehension.
On top of that, ServerMania has excessively frequent “maintenance” periods, far more than any other server provider we’ve ever worked with. This results in frequent, unpredictable downtimes, wreaking havoc on our operations.
Their support is just as bad – dismissive, generic, and utterly unhelpful. Instead of addressing your concerns, they seem more focused on closing your ticket and moving on. No real solutions, no accountability.
And to make matters worse, the moment they get a negative review from an actual customer, they flood their Trustpilot page with fake positive reviews. This manipulative tactic is clearly meant to bury legitimate complaints so others won’t see the truth.
If you’re considering ServerMania, think again. The stress and anxiety they’ll cause you from constant issues, security breaches, and lack of support simply aren’t worth it. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.
