The car was clean and in good condition. Collection and drop off process was flexible.

Everything was perfect from start to finish. We rent a car day before our flight. Communication was perfect, staff are gentle guys. This is the best place if you don't own a credit card.

Die Anmietung eines Autos hat absolut problemlos funktioniert. Der Schalter am Flughafen Dubrovnik war leicht zu finden. Wir bekamen am Tag der Anmietung zur Hilfe noch einen genauen Standort zugeschickt, sowie eine Nummer, unter der wir uns bei Fragen oder Problemen melden konnten.
Die Dame am Schalter war sehr freundlich, erklärte alles genau und konnte bei allen Fragen behilflich sein.
Das Auto war in einem sehr guten Zunstand und sauber.
Auch die Rückgabe funktionierte schnell und unkompliziert.

Alles in allem eine sehr angenehme Erfahrung und aus unserer Sicht empfehlenswert.

Abbiamo noleggiato un'auto per tre giorni con assicurazione completa e ci hanno dato una Renault Clio nuova a diesel. Vedran, che tra l'altro parla italiano, è stato gentilissimo e iper disponibile. Insomma, agenzia stra consigliata se avete bisogno di noleggiare un'auto a Spalato

I rented a car from Avax on July 2, 2022 for 2 weeks. They dropped off the car at the airport in Zagreb at the exact time I requested. There was an issue paying because their credit card system was not working but Noah told me to not worry and that I could pay the next day when I arrived in Split. The next day I went to the office in Split and payed for the car without any issues. When I dropped off the car at the airport for me to go back to Canada, Denis was there to meet me at the requested time. I'd like to say thank you to all the staff that made it a great experience to rent from Avax. I would rent from Avax again when I return to Croatia!

I rented a car for 4 days from Avax, Split centre office and I cannot praise them enough. I was a little concerned beforehand as I had booked the car pre-Covid and had to postpone my trip, but Ante had held the price, which turned out to be about a quarter of current prices. A pre-rental condition check was carried out before I took the car and again afterwards and all was fine and my excess deposit was released immediately. These guys are extremely nice guys to deal with, they are honest and won't try to rip you off, like some other car firms. Top marks to you and your team Ante and thank you so much for a pleasant experience.

We did a lot of research and had a great experience with Avax Rent-a-car. We made a reservation for a van for 6 persons six months ago in corona time and all went very well: the pickup was fast, documents quick arranged, no problems during the trip and professional return of the car. Great experience and great trip ... from Dubrovnik to Zagreb !!
