"Great customer service"

I was pleasantly surprised by great customer service ,frequent updates about my seta modular lounge confirmation,delivery and arrival for a time frame that suited me .Well made modular lounge ,very comfortable boucle fabric ,hardwearing and good on price . I highly recommend Brosa for their products and exceptional customer service

"Frank Small Study Desk"

Really happy with my Frank small study desk. It's an elegantly designed and solidly built piece of furniture. Equally happy with the way it arrived on my doorstep. Brosa kept me informed throughout the process and delivered when they said they would. In the current climate, you can't ask for more than that.

"Price, quality and service A+"

My daughter and I are very happy with the single upholstered gaslift bed be bought at Brosa. The price initially appealed, but have since been very satisfied with the product quality and the delivery / install service. Recommend!

"I hope you don't need your items in a…"

I hope you don't need your items in a hurry.
Waited 3 month for delivery of two items. One arrived only. No word from Brosa about another. Had to chase them . Contacted them and been told that it was returned to their warehouse and then shipped back overseas ?! Really ?
Was offered a refund but reading other reviews where people never received theirs decided on re-shipping of the item.
They advise was that it will be another 5 weeks + up to 9 days for local delivery if we lucky.

Not surprisingly the website states - We support local and bluh bluh bluh , so you can enjoy your item in 1-3 weeks.

Misleading advertising much ?

Honestly don't trust paid reviews , shop elsewhere save your nerves and money.

"Do not recomend."

Very disappointing. First and last time ordering with Brosa. Waited 3 months for delivery. Had to chase where order was. Took a day off work when finally told day bed was arriving. Never came. Damaged in transit before it even arrived at delivery depo. Online chat just palm you off to other departments that don't get back to you. Still waiting for refund. If a waist of time is what your looking for order from Brosa.

"Really bad experience"

We are having a really bad experience with Brosa. We have been given 4 separate delivery dates for our lounge and each time it hasn’t turned up. I have called Brosa on 10-15 occasions and it is impossible to get a straight answer about what the problem is. I have tried to call Brosa three times this afternoon alone and they aren’t taking calls due to call volumes. It’s disappointing that I need to write a review in an attempt to get something that I’ve paid for. Brosa can you please contact me and deliver the lounges we ordered?

"6 month delivery wait time"

I ordered two frank bedside tables and it took 6 months for them to be delivered. They also don't smell like wood, instead they have a bad chemical odor.

Love my new bedhead from Brosa. I would definitely purchase from Brosa again as the customer service, price and quality of product were all excellent. Even with many delays on product deliveries at the moment Brosa delivered my bedhead as promised and the delivery service was excellent

"Was a great experience from when I…"

Was a great experience from when I ordered my beautiful chesterfield 3 seater sofa bed back on Xmas Eve, we where selling and buying all at the same time, but Brosa kept me in the loop the whole time with delivery time as I was not sure where to deliver it too, but they offer to hold it back. So so happy with them as a company.
