"Received damaged/ ripped lounge …"

Delayed delivery which I understood due to covid however after months of waiting the delivery driver dropped one of the boxes off the truck and it rolled down my driveway. Then the lounge box was damaged and when opened we discovered the lounge had been torn. I have emailed brosa 3 times to resolve this and I am just being ignored. Off to the ombudsman’s office!!!

If you want furniture this century don’t bother buying from Brosa. I have been waiting 6months for 4 chairs and they keep telling me my order has been ‘delayed’. No one call tell me what’s going on or why it has taken so long. They’ve basically stolen my money. BUYER BEWARE!!
