Communication leading up to delivery was excellent and also easy to organise delivery. Really impressed with quality of the build.

"Beautiful side tables"

Love my new Mia nest tables. They look beautiful and match the dining table I purchased a few years back from Brosa perfectly. They also appear well made and I’m sure will be pride of place in our lounge room for years to come.

"Refunds are impossible to obtain"

Refunds are impossible to obtain. I submitted a refund request of 8 March 2021. The website states refunds will be "processed in 7 business days". Now on 8 April 2021 I haven't received a refund. The Customer Service Specialist is unhelpful and unresponsive, claiming the refund was "processed" but this does not mean it is "received". It is a case of misleading and deceptive conduct in breach of the Australian Consumer Laws that I will need to report to the ACCC.

"Perfect swivel chair for my room"

Absolutely love my new swivel chair. I had a great experience dealing with the consultant. She helped me in making a decision based on my needs. I would not have chosen that chair or colour had i not had a proper consultation and she was spot on. Im so glad as its perfect for where i have placed it and really complements the room well. It's also very comfortable and well constructed. I will be choosing Brosa again when I am next buying furniture.

I cannot rave about Brose more. Fantastic selection, service and delivery. I will definitely be checking them out and using them again.

Frank Study Desk arrived with parts damaged and customer service will not respond to me. Delivery took 2.5 months - ridiculous

Excellent customer service. Great products and easy to assemble! The products are high quality. I can not stress enough how gorgeous the pieces are! Downside when I bought it was that the pandemic took over and the shipping has been delayed.

Delivery can take a little while but it is worth the wait. Now my 3rd order with Brosa, and have never been disappointed. Really solid, good quality furniture, that looks great. Am very happy with the 5 pieces purchased to update my bedroom this time. The Ethan tallboy and chest of drawers are well made and drawers glide really smoothly.

The TV unit is the perfect size for our apartment it is a lovely looking unit.The timber features color and natural wood grain and is a classy piece of furniture.Brosa were easy to deal with kept me updated with expected delivery date and I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

I ordered a TV unit and side tables from Brosa moving into a new house. I found the delivery of items very efficient with options on delivery date and the guys delivering were most kind and friendly.
I also thought the items were very reasonably priced for the quality received. They will be my first choice for future needs.
