Great experience and a fantastic product.
My wife and I recently purchased a boucle swivel chair.
We popped into the showroom, saw the chair in person, placed the order and had the chair delivered within a week.
It arrived exactly as it looked in the showroom and we had no complaints.
The only thing we personally would have preferred was to have been able to pick up the chair on the day we purchased it, however given it’s an online store and the competitive price, we completely understood why we couldn’t.

The whole experience with Brosa was great. I was a little bit anxious about buying dining chairs on line but couldn't be happier with the result. I first ordered a few swatches and then selected the chairs. They even sent me a pic of the chairs from the showroom so I could get a real idea of what they were like. I was updated a few times as to when I could expect the delivery. Overall great customer service.

I had such a great experience shopping online with Brosa.
I am the kind of person that likes to things in person, before I purchase them, so I was a tad sceptical about shopping for a couch online.
I had done my research and after seeing so many other positive reviews about the site and quality of the products, I thought I would take a chance with Brosa!
The whole process was beyond my expectations. I loved the online visualiser that allowed me to view the couch in our room in scale, to make sure it would suit the space properly (we are located in SA). The customer service team was responsive and wonderful to deal with. The shipping was SO quick and our couch arrived so much sooner than expected and the delivery process was so simple and easy to organise.
We are so happy with everything and would highly recommend Brosa to anyone! They have an awesome range and are an absolute pleasure to deal with!

I bought a Kaneko sideboard and it is absolutely stunning. The quality is amazing and far exceeded my expectations, especially with buying online. The whole purchase to delivery experience was great and I’m not an experienced online shopper. I’ll definitely buy from Brosa again.

We ordered a 3 seated sofa and a coffee table, reading these reviews I am seeing a pattern of generic 5 star ratings and very specific similar 1 start ratings...
We have waiting 12 weeks for these 2 items. The coffee table has arrived but with 2 large scratches on the legs, sent an email to Brosa 7 days ago, without response. The couch we scheduled delivery for, half arrived without legs, we have contacted the customer service team and delivery partner on multiple occasions, without a single response from Brosa - no idea where the rest of our couch is or how long it will take to arrive. The product is quite nice, but the customer service is extremely disappointing.

"Worst experience"
I wished I had read reviews on this site before I purchased with Brosa. My story is extremely similar to many reviews on here. Ordered and paid in good faith and then nothing for months and months. Then part of the order arrived. When I called to find out where the rest of it was they told me it had been cancelled.
That was news to me as I’d heard nothing from them at all. I should explain that to get that information in the first place took at least a week of me calling and emailing and leaving messages that weren’t responded to.
They ‘re-ordered’ the item and I was told it would be another 3 months til it arrived. 3 months later... got an email stating it wouldn’t be arriving for another few months.
So then the real fun began. Multiple phone calls multiple emails. Enormous energy expended from me just to get someone to respond to me. So appalling. Then when you eventually have someone connect with you - they make promises to you and don’t deliver on them. Eventually I got desperate and rang the design number (which is their new business phone number). That got answered straight away. A lovely girl there at least took ownership and looked to help me. It still took a few weeks but eventually I got my money back.
If you buy with these guys (which I do not recommend) be wary. If things don’t turn up or if they take too long - get into it straight away.

Absolute joke brought a lamp over 8 months ago and still this hasn’t been delivered. There customer service is non existent. I will never shop here again! Be warned read the reviews on Trust Pilot,
