"Horrific Customer Experience with no furniture at the end"
After wanting to support Australian companies my husband and I purchased the Austin three seater sofa in February. Understanding that COVID has put a lot of strain on supply networks we were more then happy to wait the long production time for delivery in August.
This was pushed back again (which again is understandable) but finally we were contacted by the delivery team to organise delivery. However the night before we are expecting the delivery when we have already got rid of our existing furniture in anticipation I receive a text message at 6:30pm telling me unfortunately the warehouse have lost our piece of furniture (how?!) and therefore delivery will be delayed but someone from Customer service will be in touch.
24 hours goes past and we hear nothing so I ring to follow up and am told the person dealing with this is on their lunch break and will call me back that afternoon... which they didn't.
So I ring again the next day and am told that yes they have lost my order and unfortunately we will have to wait 16-18 weeks for our couch. After already waiting seven months. What an absolute joke. Not only that but for a company that claims to be all in house and Australian your call centres are very clearly being run offshore which in this economic climate is so disappointing.
I will NEVER ever buy from here again or recommend any of my family, friends, acquaintances or even strangers to buy from you either.

I am definitely a Brosa fan. I love my new couches and recent addition of a matching armchair. The quality of the products far exceeded my expectations and the customer service has been fantastic. I will definitely be a return customer and have had no hesitation recommending Brosa to friends and family. It has been a pleasure to deal with this company.

We visited the store back in March, I found the couch i wanted straight away, but our house was not ready so asked Brosa to store it for us for 4 months which they happily did. Once we were ready for delivery it was no issue. I have also purchased in the last week an ottoman to go with it. The couch was really easy to assemble and looks really good. I am super happy with the customer service I received from Brosa. Good job guys.

I have recently purchased two pieces of Brosa furniture and couldn't be happier. The service was fabulous, the delivery was prompt and efficient and the service was excellent - from the time we walked into the Sydney showroom to the delivery. And now, I'm really enjoying my refurnished home office.

Save Yourself from the Stress and don’t do it!!
Waited ages for an item to come into stock. When it was finally in stock and listed as a quick ship item, I spoke to a representative who confirmed availability. So silly me went and ordered them.. that’s when it goes bad. Apparently the carrier collected the items to be delivered. However the carrier after many conversations on my end swears they don’t have the items. And Brosa says they do. So whilst they fight it out amongst themselves, me the customer is left wondering where my order is. And no matter how many times you call customer service you get zero answers just polite blow offs, (you have a lovely day now!) you know what I’m saying? I should have taken notice of all the bad reviews and people saying don’t do it! Problem was I really like the item. And now guess what they’re out of stock again! Probably for another 20 weeks or so. How hard is it to dispatch something correctly? They are super fast to take your calls when you are enquiring about a product or you want to order. Once you have you can forget customer service. Really dissatisfied with this Company. I own a business myself and I just hope to never become this uncaring and complacent with my customers.

We've recently bought an occasional chair from Brosa. I took up their offer of free material swatches before purchase. These arrived promptly so that we could make the final decision. At all points of contact their customer service team were helpful, efficient and easy to deal with. The chair arrived quickly and on time, was well-packaged and in perfect condition. We are extremely happy with our purchase and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Brosa.
