This is the 3rd time I have used both Rebecca and Joanne, and they always exceed my expectations. They are clear, and precise and always communicate in the correct manner that allows to know and plan.

Last time I bought and sold my house I used Ramsdens to both buy and sell and I found the 2 solicitors I had were efficient and diligent at the conveyancing. This time around though I had a lazy solicitor who between him and his PA were unable to relay information more than in parrot fashion, leaving me with no confidence. My advice for anyone considering using Ramsdens for conveyancing is to check out the profile of the solicitor you are being assigned and only commit to ones that already have good client reviews. After all it's the individual solicitor not the firm that determines your experience.

Appalling dishonest and unprofessional avoid at all costs these are the worst solicitors I have dealt with they will tell you lies and then try to cover there backs they have no empathy for their clients and they will go behind your back and not inform you of the correct procedures then when you question them they will come together to lie to try to cover it up
If you want a honest trustworthy professional solicitor do not waste your time!
