Having completed on a house move yesterday I wanted to share our experience. The service given by both Sarah and Danielle at Ramsdens Mirfield was excellent. We were kept updated throughout the whole process with both verbal and written communication, usually within a couple of hours of any questions raised.

There were a lot of delays from the original start of the legal proceedings until completion. The solicitors kept on top of it without harrassing either the other party or myself. When the sale could actually proceed it was done without delay.

Used the Halifax office, in conjunction with Finders International, for probate and conveyancing. An appalling and costly experience lasting from February 2023 to October 2024.
