The team, including notable mentions like Sarah, Danielle, Amber, Jordan, Maria, Laura, Andrew, and Leah, was very professional and responsive throughout the process. There were a few challenges along the way, particularly with a large chain and complex transactions, but the staff worked diligently to address them promptly. Their communication over email and phone was effective, making the conveyancing process easier and faster than anticipated. While my experience wasn't without delays, the team's commitment and helpful attitude stood out, and I would recommend Ramsdens to others.

Used Ramsdens for our sale and purchase and although the process took 6 months and was extremely frustrating, this was down to others in the chain, particularly our buyers solicitor. Stacey Carr was working on our behalf and actually had our sale and purchase ready to go from our side by the end of June. She also had to deal with our frustrations but remained calm and professional. Stacey was very ably assisted throughout the process by Naomi Duxbury who was always quick to keep us updated and respond to any of our queries. When Stacey left towards the end of the process, Harriet Midgley was a very effective and professional replacement who worked hard to complete our sale and purchase.

Poor communication, disinterest on every interaction, copy and pasted generic response emails. Had to chase constantly and would hear back weeks after documentation was sent to them.

Another absolutely outstanding experience of using Ramsdens for a house sale and simultaneous purchase. Emma and her team at the Halifax branch have been nothing short of phenomenal. We de-instructed a previous solicitor because of concerns with performance and asked Ramsdens to take over quite late in the process; Emma stepped in and from there we were absolutely confident that everything would be done on time, and to the usual exacting standards. I can't recommend Ramsdens enough - moving house is always stressful, and Emma, Joe and Luke have made it just that little bit less so! Thank you all hugely!
