I have purchased a cake with order number 2404117168 dated 30 Jun 24.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with an extra distance delivery charge that was added to my order but was not disclosed during the checkout process. Post online payment, i was sent a message that i need to pay an additional charge of Rs 275 as a distant delivery charge which is not justified. As a customer, I expect all costs to be transparent and clearly communicated upfront.

I was unpleasantly surprised to find an additional fee after I had completed my purchase. This lack of transparency is disappointing and affects the trust I have in your service.

I hope you will address this issue promptly to ensure a better customer experience in the future. Clear communication about all charges is essential for maintaining customer satisfaction and trust.
