The worst services are ever seen, such as poor customer service, fake people, who do not deliver the same as ordered and do not even deliver on time, and make fun of others' emotions. we ordered a cake with a flower bouquet scheduled on 27th july on birthday and time before 2pm they delivered the worst cake without a bouquet and in the evening after 8 o'clock, despite regular follow-ups and reminders and also paid 200 extra for delivery charges as they sent mail and asked for payment extra delivery charges by saying this the address is very far. And when I tired to take back to back follow ups than I asked from customer support team for a refund, the customer support team said in spite you canceling the order refund would not be given refund,such ridiculous people. The Customer support team of India Cake treats their customers like they are doing a favor( Ehsaan) by taking orders. and the way they talk and treat their customer is the worst ... I have never ever experienced such a worst case in my past 40 years. The people who are seeking the option for online cake ordering please don't trust such people and don't become the fool and make fun of your emotions.

I ordered the cake on 20/07 for my brother’s birthday to have it delivered on 24th July. I received email on 24th July from these people for additional delivery charge of Rs 275 as the distance is very far, wasn’t even bothered to check the distance before. I really wanted to cancel the order but their website clearly says that payment will be non-refundable if order gets cancelled on the same day, what a scam.
So, I was forced to do that additional payment but the cake was not delivered nor any update on the order status. I was told that cake will be delivered by 7:00PM on 24/07. So, I waited till then and texted them to ask for the update and they gave me a sweet response that was as your delivery address is remote, our franchise cancelled the order, totally disappointed….
and before you call me liar, my order no was 2407010100.
