After some time ,I received a message & mail for payment of 275rs and a payment link.It had to be noted that I had booked free delivery while ordering. I could not understand why such things are not mentioned while ordering.The customer care service is very rude and asking if possible and come collect at supplier shop.If that is the case what is the need of ordering online.The customer care mentioned refund will be provided in 8-10 days.will be waiting for refund.

Please don't book in such platforms.Such platforms are mood spoilers.

Mentioned delivering from 20 years with such pathetic service is really pathetic.I could hear the other calls of customer care also in rude tone during my call conversation.cutomer care and company's service will play a pivotal role in company growth if customer not satisfied,he never see those portals of that segment again.

Please do not cheat customers.

I had a terrible experience with my order #2407014659. I ordered a cake and flower bouquet for my wedding anniversary and made sure to confirm via phone that they deliver to Thiruvalla, Kerala. They assured me they did, so I proceeded with the order.

On the day of delivery, I received an email stating that the delivery was on hold, and I needed to pay an extra ₹275 because the location was ‘too far.’ Despite this unexpected charge, I paid the amount. However, after that, there was no further response, no delivery, and my emails went unanswered.

This experience completely ruined my special day. It feels like a scam, and I urge others not to trust this service. Very disappointing and unprofessional.

Update 25th October 2024:
Hey everyone, the issue is still not resolved. I called them and informed them that the delivery location was in Thiruvalla. They assured me they could deliver there, and they asked for an additional 275.

Now, they are refusing to refund the amount and are only offering a coupon instead. I do not want to do any further business with them. Please be cautious and avoid dealing with these scammers

I have called their service centre due to a doubt while ordering. The rude lady asked for the order ID and cut the call immediately.

I have escaped from this spam because of these reviews in google.

There are so-many paid/ Fake reviews in this forum. Please don't believe it and order anything from this website which will spoil your good day and money.
