SITE SHOULD BE BANNED. CHEATER WHILE GIVING ORDER THEY MENTION DELIVERY CHARGES ONLY Rs.19. BUT TIME OF DELIVERY DAY THEY WILL ASK YOU TO PAY MORE AMOUNT . CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE ALSO VERY VERY SAD. THEY DUE TO FAR AWAY PLACE WE CHARGE THE AMOUNT. WHILE GIVING ORDER NOTHING IS MENTION. NOR IN THEIR TERM & CONTION IT IS MENTION. IF YOU TELL THEM TO CANCELL N REFUND AMOUNT THEY DO NOT REFUND ALSO.
WITH NO OTHER OPTION WE HAVE PAY AMOUNT.
PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANY CAKES FROM THIS SITE. FRAUD COMPANY.

It is make me disappointed first time I use this online service in hurry i found later that they proved us we are fool and stupid. We saw delivery charge on 19 rs after they send another link for payment of 275 for delivery. How ridiculous and froud it is. When I contact , seriously, they are even no spoken politely. Never and never get for it. Still I not get my order after paid additional 275rs.

Editing:order was delivered and without any additional charges..i am grateful for that but please change your system.your partnered suppliers should not be adding any additional charges and loose customer trust and create hussle.

Editing: it was finally delivered . Don't yet know if they additionally charged anything as I haven't spoken to my family.but will update here if any.i am thankful for timely delivery but the amount of stress they give and extra payment link just messed up my day.


Wow..just reading all the negative comments here after placing order with them and now receiving email is on hold pay extra 275 as delivery place is too far.
Told them to cancel the order and now they saying it's already processed and will be delivered.

Really wow..waiting on the their delivery..and I am not paying any additional charges for sure.. if they ask for it on the time they deliver..be ready to get sued.

This is a very stressful condition last minute they give..as I ordered and paid 4339 rs(Four thousand three hundred and thirty nine rupees)

India cakes seems to be a fraud and scammer company. At first they will give you free shipping without checking the pincode of the location. Later after ordering a cake they will sent a payment link mail on next day asking to provide payment for delivery. It's been more than 5 days where me and my wife both order cakes both orders are Pending even the occasion for the cake is already pass. We are following up with support from the last 5 days but no response pathetic support. We are planning to raise the complaint with consumer court and also make the necessary complaint in the RBI portal.
Now instead of returning our money they give us coupon to buy in future. Scammers

I placed an order 5 days in advance for a birthday cake and a bunch of flowers. On the day of delivery, they contacted us to ask for additional money as we requested a specific delivery slot, which was paid, and we don't know why they didn't just collect this payment when we ordered. Then we were asked for the delivery address as they didn't have it even though our order confirmation email had all the details, which means they would have had all the information. We asked several times during an email exchange if they had everything to proceed and deliver as we initially requested. They went quiet on us. We chased again, advising that we would like a full refund if they could not deliver according to our order. Now they won't respond, haven't delivered the cake or flowers and ruined a birthday. We have now had to contact our bank to get a refund so all in all, I have no idea how they are in business when they can't do the basics. You're a disgrace, and we won't be using you again in the future when there are reputable companies out there that value their customers.

Delivery IS possible as we have used other companies to deliver here before, so why you can't is beyond me! Secondly, why did you think it was OK to check the order and delivery address on the due date and then audaciously take additional funds to ensure it was delivered within the timeframe specified during the ordering stage? The address was provided, and funds were taken fraudulently when you did not intend to fulfil the order. You then went silent on us whilst we waited for a call from the birthday person with the delight of receiving their gift, a call that never arrived as you didn't deliver! Why has it taken a Trustpilot review to get a reply? You've remained silent 2 days after the expected delivery date until now. We’re from the UK and will spread the word about your horrible and disgraceful company.

**Update 30th January**
These imbeciles managed to refund £2.82, which they took as a separate payment for the delivery to a remote location that they did not deliver to.

For the remaining £28.74, the idiots thought a voucher would be an acceptable form of refund. We told them we didn't want a voucher as we would never use their service again and demanded the return of our money. Silence is all we've had since. We've now had to ask our bank to step in and get the funds back. It's not even a large amount of money, but it's all about the principal and exposing this fraudulent company for what it is.

Scammers, ordered Butterscotch cake and got blackforest mediocre cake; when we check with the team they say some substitution policy. And interesting when contacted local cake shop; they said first they enquired about butterscotch cake and then due to price issue changed it to black forest without informing the customer.

These are Pure Illiterates scamming people. They call you hundreds of time before order is placed even if you put something in cart but once placed, they send you link to charge 275 extra for Delivery. The shop owners they seem to have tied up with are FRAUDSTERS TOO!!

Neither they deliver any product nor refund. THEIR CX Teammates have audacity to just hear the voice and disconnect and talk as if the money they have scammed is their Dad's.

The chat service is a real scam too.. the names are like Aliases, same 3-4 ppl take calls and respond and their common thing is Refund takes place after 4 -12 days and then email is shoot. Really?? Their CEO seems to be sleeping on these issues

Sorry but then for what you charge Rs.19 ,if you charge for 400rs for delivery .This is hidden cost which you charging.
For your knowledge i must say it's not tip but it kind of extrusion of money from your supplier ,as he said if you not give me money i will not handover the cake ,i got copy of recording from that lady from customer service and that delivery guy. Please stop doing this type of business to making people fool.
Worst online cake service i will never recommand to anyone.

Please do not order. I strongly recommend not to use this. I have placed an order which is of 648 they recieved order but after that on the day which has to be delivered they sent me a link to pay extra 275 as for distance from the location, this is a shit that they don't know before placing the order this is completely a scam. And I have called customer service agent they are very rude they don't listen to customer concern they just disconnect the call. Trust me I have never experienced such worst customer service ever. Please do not order from this site. As it is my daughter's birthday I had to pay else what so ever I would have cancelled the order. It's just a worst place no service at all nothing a big 0 for everything. You guys replied to my comment as not placed an order .. I will give you my order id : 2407019604.
