I ordered a birthday cake on 3rd July'24 at 9pm seeing that they are delivering same day. But when I spoken to them and came to know that orders placed after 7pm are delivered next day, I was very sad. The next morning I got a mail saying that I need to pay an additional delivery charge of Rs 275 to process my order. I replied the mail and asked them to cancel my order. But I got reply from them that same day delivery order cannot be canceled and my order is in process. In evening I got a mail saying that my order has been delivered. I got a call from my colleague (Birthday boy) that he has received the cake. He and his family enjoyed the cake and were very happy. I really thank the team of India Cakes for delivering the cake without any additional delivery charges. This has not only made my day but also your team has helped my colleague and his family to enjoy their birthday celebration. Excellent job done by team India Cakes.

"IndiaCakes is a scam"

IndiaCakes is a scam. I paid for an order and they sent an ordinary cake when I ordered a special one Dream cake. They also charged extra for delivery but I recieved the cake from my local store in our city. If it is not possible for you to deliver why do you accept orders from our address.
