Pathetic experience. They haven't delivered my order (order id #2407016184) . Took extra delivery charge as well. They aren't refunding my money also. Worst experience ever. Never place order from this website. Their customer service team is extremely rude. My money is still not refunded. I urge people to file complaint against them

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by INDIAN CAKES. I placed an order (Order #2407016038) and paid an additional RS 275 TO indian ckes ₹500 to vender for delivery, but my order was never delivered.

I was initially promised that the order would be delivered within one hour. However, after multiple calls and messages, I was told the delivery was delayed because the delivery boy had an accident. Later, when I called for an update, I was told that the delivery was canceled because the vendor was attending a wedding. To make matters worse, I received no cancellation email, no refund, and no explanation.

I sent an email requesting a refund, but I havenot yet received any response from the vendor. This unprofessional behavior ruined my special day, and I feel completely cheated. The lack of communication and contradictory statements are completely unacceptable.

I would not recommend this vendor to anyone, and I strongly suggest you reconsider before placing an order. Very dissatisfied with this experience.

Mentioned delivering from 20 years with such pathetic service is really pathetic.I could hear the other calls of customer care also in rude tone during my call conversation.cutomer care and company's service will play a pivotal role in company growth if customer not satisfied,he never see those portals of that segment again.

I have placed an order way before 1 week of the occasion. I received an email on the day of delivery saying I needed to pay extra for delivery as the place is far away. I did end up paying the extra amount but there was absolutely no delivery. No response to the mails. Pathetic live chat
