I had posted a review here after a very bad experience with indiacakes.com and 2 days later they contacted me and told they'll refund me my paid amount of Rs.423 and additional amount of Rs.1000 for the inconvenience caused, but they demanded they will pay into a SBI account and i need to have Rs.20,000 in that account for them to refund me. I paid through UPI and I too absolutely need my Re-fund through UPI itself, I don't care about policies or whatever, i need my money back through UPI. I strongly suggest don't waste your money with their products because they are scammers.

They are fraudsters! They will deliver what they want to and when they want to ! And will ask for more money even after order is confirmed . They just fool people and cannot blindly trust the quality of their products too. I have already filed a complaint against this scam.

The so called customer care is pathetic and they just know to shout at the customers and make false claims.

I ordered cake n flowers for a friend on the 1st of January. Since they asked for more money I decided to cancel the order and customer support executive was rude and asked to send the email though I contacted them immediately after they claim more money .

I wrote to them and order was not canceled and they chose to respond to my mail on 4th January ! They claim that they delivered the order but the recipient didn't receive what I ordered!

So you pay 1000 Rs and they can deliver something worth 100 Rs as per their whims and fancy!

BEWARE!!!!!

I gone through the website ordering a cake it shows the pin code is serviceable and taken the full payment. But on the delivery date I got a mail saying that the they want 275 delivery charges as the site is to far. I even paid that but they failed to deliver the cake 🎂. Instead of returning the amount they mailed a coupon code.
Don't believe on fake 5 star ratings. They just reply here and never resolve your issues. Never make an online order.

I spend 2500 rupees for pinata cake, they delivered me a very cheap cake not more than 300 rupees,even I paid extra 275 rupees for delivery. It's a very worst site and a big scam.please avoid to order from this site otherwise you will be cheated.

"Worst experience as well as worst website"

I ordered a cake from their website for my brother's birthday. The order number was 2407016600. The delivery charges at that time for their shipping and all was inr 19 for the delivery slot of 11 am to 2 pm. It was fine by me. But today on 26th Nov, it's been 3:30 pm nit no contact has been made from the vendor's end to the receiver. Also for the customer care, they don't respond d to your queries . Also coz the delivery place is far from their base, they have charged an extra inr 274 for the delivery. The site is a total scam. It's been a complete waste of a day. They are really unprofessional and they do not respond to the customer and do not deliver on time. Also, they lie that they have contacted with the receiver and they have told to deliver it some other time which is a complete lie. I would suggest to complain and never order from their site. I would also like a full refund on my order placed

Hi.
The delivery has been received but I ordered half kilo Truffle cake and received Chocolate cake. Also the distance from my house to the cake shop is less than 50 meters. I would like a refund of the delivery charges. If not , I shall give a foul review on your page on all social sites for such bad customer service as well as scam delivery charges.
