I’m very pleased with the quality and workmanship of the sofa and the armchairs that I ordered. The delivery company kept us up to date with the date and time of delivery. They were prompt and helpful. Overall very satisfied and I’d order again from The Lounge Company.

A delayed period for delivery, after we had changed the material we wanted which was confirmed. To then have the wrong sofa delivered and another 12 weeks for the replacement .

"Terrible service"

Terrible service. Taking orders knowing they cannot deliver within the specified time. It took 5 months for them to provide me with my goods.

I personally will never buy from this company again.

Excellent Service

Sofa ordered in October and delivered in January. Took a bit longer than expected due to global supply issues, but communication from The Lounge Co. was really good. They were very helpful answering questions when I was ordering too and gave lots of advice on fabrics as I wasn't able to see the exact sofa that I ordered in person.

"Rose sofa"

I love the sofa , the Rose two seater. The easy to clean fabric is great , best bit is how comfortable the sofa is.. one star lost as delivery was late despite a promise if ordered by a certain date it would be delivered by Xmas. I realise COVID was an issue ,but I did question this before ordering and was not told about any delays expected.
Despite this I would recommend The Lounge co for the quality of the sofas , and customer service was quick and responsive. Delivery was very good , two people who put the legs on and take away the packaging .
