"Moving flight date system is Unfair"
You can't change ticket booked dates unless you pay for a ticket type that costs more than double the price of the flight you want + a £25 admin fee. So what is the point? you might as well just book a new flight. So their pricing is verging on being a scam and the inability to change the dates of the flights even for a fee is again verging on being a scam. It is an unfair pricing system designed to ring money out of people rather than offering fair service for a fair price. I would avoid this airline unless I had no other option.

"Flight turns into min cab van"
Eastern cancelled a flight 2 weeks before departure but would not offer the next available flight, but one 24 hrs later. On the day of departure the 2nd flight was cancelled. They were not very helpful stating that I would need to go back to the booking agent. Not vey helpful 4.30 friday afternoon! We were offered a mini coach back to Southampton from Manchester. This turned out to be a a minivan cab for a 4 hr trip. 3 passengers, me thinks this is why they cancelled only 3 passengers! Rather than the excuse of 'sickness'. Turning a 2 day trip into 3 days with a 4 journey that I was trying to avoid! Should have just driven. Shocking!

"Cancelled our flights, still waiting for a refund 4 months later - Do not use this airline!"
I booked flights with Eastern Airways in September 2021. Tickets were sent via email. Flight details below:
Flight T3 970– 25th October 21 at 09:15
Flight T3 971– 28th October 21 at 16:00
After being unable to check-in to our flights on Sunday 24th October, I tried to call Eastern Airlines but found that their support lines were not open at this time. I then called Skyscanner to understand why we couldn't check-in to our flights which were supposed to be departing from Birmginham airport on Monday 25th October. After speaking to a member of the Skyscanner support team, she informed me that to our horror these flights had in fact been cancelled.
I received no communications from either Eastern Airlines or Skyscanner about the cancellation and have yet to receive a refund of £339.66 to my account. I have been in conversation with both Skyscanner and Eastern Airways regarding my refund for the last 4 months.
Finding out the night before you fly that your flights have been cancelled was incredibly stressful and resulted in us spending a lot more money than originally planned. Instead of flying to and from Birmingham airport from Monday - Thursday, we ended up flying from Manchester airport Tuesday - Saturday where last minute flights were a lot more expensive and we had to cover the costs of travel and extra nights in accommodation.
Let me know when I will receive the full refund of £339.66 into my account.
Do not book flights with this airline - they are scammers!

Anyway this was a very nice flight great customer service, left 20 minutes late landed on time. Would use them again for sure

Just traveled for the weekend Dublin to Southampton with Eastern Airways, was able free of charge to put a bag in the hold, offered hot towels on board, very pleasant and professional cabin crew. The route was formerly operated by Flybe and in my opinion Eastern have surpassed them, recommended. Thanks

"No notice cancellation."
Booked a couple of weeks ago to fly from Leeds to Southampton for an important AM meeting on Monday 29th November. On Friday 26th November, Eastern Airways cancelled the flight, without any valid reason, explanation or apology. Digging a little deeper into the way this company operates, this seems to be very common, with flights being cancelled with little or no notice. I won't book with them again, and would strongly advise any potential customers to go elsewhere. The sooner this company ceases training the better in my opinion.

"WORST COMPANY EVER DO NOT BOOK THROUGH…"
WORST COMPANY EVER DO NOT BOOK THROUGH THEM. If i could give it 0 stars i would. we turned up to the airport at 5:15am the airport was a ghost town with no one there and our flight was not showing on the board, once we had actually managed to find someone who worked there we were casually told that our flight was cancelled and that this happens frequently so we should look for alternative transport. We were told a manager would come see us and after waiting for an hour and being ignored by staff no one turned up. This has resulted in us being late to our event and having to fork out an extra £125 each for a single ticket to get us to Manchester. Not only that but we had to go home and wait an additional 4 hours for our train and instead of arriving at manchester at 7:50am we would not get there till 2:30pm. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

"Worst website booking engine ever?"
Goodness knows how good this airline is. The website is a complete joke. Tried to book flights from Manchester to Newquay. After an hour I gave up.
