Tom at Caerphilly was brilliant. We were at a crossroads and he eased us into picking the right sofa.

Tracy provided fantastic customer service and explained everything thoroughly for us. They have a great display of furnishings, and will no doubt be back in the future. Couldn't recommend enough!!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, loads of quality stock to choose from... very relaxing!
Went looking for a couple of settee's and a bed.
We approached a member of staff (Andrew) and asked him if he could point us in the right direction for the specific type of settee's we were looking for.
Once he directed us to various examples, he left us alone to decide which ones we were interested in.
No "hard sell" whatsoever and he was on hand if we had any questions.
We felt very comfortable in the store and we ended up purchasing everything we came in for.
Thoroughly recommended!!

Sharron was great, really helpful wandering around the store with me to find a colour for a sofa that doesn't exist yet! Really helpful with the ordering process of my dining furniture and the delivery details. Would definitely recommend and use again!
