March 24 I purchased 2x2 Seater and a 3seater sofa from the Metro range. Unfortunately I was not told at the time you cannot turn the cushions over. Now they are going out of shape in less then a year. I had an inspection today and was told you have to push them into shape by unzipping the cushion and pushing and pulling them from the inside.
Had I been told this at the time of purchasing I would not have bought them. At 76years old it’s extremely hard to do, as it takes a lot of extreme effort. Very disappointed after only 10months.
