Me and my partner went into the Caerphilly branch just for a look around and we found a table we loved, and Tom was amazing kept us informed and put us at ease, ended up having a lovely chat with him in general. 10/10 his service skills are commendable. Thank you Tom!!

We went to the Newport store today, second visit in 4 days, as the service that we had was great, so we went back! Andrew Lynne looked after us on both occasions and he was very helpful and knowledgeable about their stock. Highly recommended taking a look.

Lovely warm welcome from the team who were there on the day, not pushy and didn't follow us around like some other similar stores do but felt like they had the right mix if being around and knowledgeable when we needed some information but stood back to let us shop. Sharon was absolutely lovely and very helpful. She's a real asset to the team and sorted our purchase out seamlessly - couldn't have done more for us. Great experience. Thank you
