Poorly. I have just sent the card back.
1 took over 2 months to apply.took up so much of my time and several phone calls as kept asking for utility bill 7 times. human intervention won in the end. Thanks Jenie.
2 card came today with wrong reg on it.
3 then account registration took an hour as the robot in charge didnt recognise our password (and its sheilded from eyes so you cant see if your typing the jumble of characters right)
4 even the call to cancel it made her in doors laugh and she said "If thats their customer service, i dont blame you"
5 wished i had never asked.
