Don't use this company had technical issues and they charged me £160.00 to put them right boycott this company there fraudsters

I had great hopes signing up with fuelGenie, only to be messed about and ignore from the start. It took 6 weeks from being accepted to receiving a card. I kept getting told it will be there 3-5 working days. Once I received the card the budget was 70% less than what was agreed, I wasn't even able fuel the vehicle for a week. During this time i called, I was told to email, so i emailed and over the space of 3 months, i had no response other than the auto-response you get from emailing enquiries-at-fuelgenie.co.uk.
I emailed in with a complaint with regards to the above issue and once again, it was ignored.
I highly recommend avoiding this company. They are frustrating to deal with. The customer service is worse than bad eBay sellers.
