After sending various emails in regards with setting up direct debit due to change in my address Not once the customer service from fuel genie called me They keep stopping my login details and always they have to keep sending me change of password request I have full record of my email summary For how they’ve dealt with my queries Greedy Attitude for finding way to add surcharges on account for Miss payment With my current experience with FUEL GENIE I WOULDN’T RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE
