Very poor company that charges the earth for very little work seen my nan was on her own and took the pi** 438 for un doing a tap and doing it back up absolutely infuriated
They ran tests "turning a tap on and off " please avoid at all costs

"Quick and efficient service"

We had water dripping through the ceiling and previous experience tells us that can get serious very quickly. I called MP247 at 9.15am on a Saturday and by 10am Elvis (not that one) was on site.
The whole PM247 operation is efficient, the call centre deals with questions and decisions at every stage of the process, ours was complicated and the plumber was here for nearly 6 hours but I was kept informed and asked to authorise work and costs at every stage.
Elvis was terrific, he knew what he was doing and he was polite, patient and helpful the whole way through.
It was a very expensive day - I suppose emergency plumbing is - but our problem was fixed that day and with the minimum of disruption and fuss so I took the cost on the chin.

"Avoid at all costs"

Avoid at all costs. We've been having issues with the hot water from the shower for over two weeks, so decided to call. The engineer arrived, ran the water for a couple of minutes, took a glance at the boiler, and then concluded there to be no issue. Instantly got a phone call to to pay, but raised my concern about what had actually been done. I was transferred to someone called Elle who was rude the whole time and refused to pass me to anyone else. I emailed the company about what had happened and got an email saying "it is people like yourself that rip companies off with such behaviour". I justed wanted to know what "multiple checks" (besides running the tap) the engineer had supposedly done before I paid. Avoid a headache and get someone else.
