I needed a new saucepan set and as I've already got a sabichi frying pan I bought their pan set.The quality is brilliant and the price is really good.The only downside was when the package arrived one of the kids was broken.I emailed customer services and 24 hours later I received a replacement lid with absolutely no fuss, I cannot fault their customer service team.
